Bad day. My 13 Evora S will need some work. I was waiting for the car ahead to go on a red light to turn. They went so I checked if I was clear and then I went. Unfortunately, he stopped and I hit him square in the bumper. So, I have dings across the bumper. But I have a few questions before I go to my body man.

The straight on picture shows it took a hit dead center. It split at the top of the bumper. This is a very sturdy piece. Anyone know how this would be repaired? What should I do if say I need a new bumper? Thanks

I would pull the front clip off to see what the extent of the damage is, but there are several urethane repair solutions available for that split. Dings can be filled with proflex or similar flexible body filler. Ultimately it depends on what's cheaper, new bumper or repairing this one.

I would say a new bumper means you can order a new GT430 front bumper! Too bad they’re pricy, hard to get, and require a lot of ducting work…

But think of how cool it’d look!
