I mentioned in another thread that the ac in my Evora has packed up for the second time. Based on the thread here and talking with a mechanic friend I figured I’d have a shop remove the refrigerant from the car and see if it’s low, which would indicate a possible slow leak. So my question is does anyone know how much it should be in it?

I don’t think it’s the issue but I figured I’d start there. The first time it went was in 2016 ~8000 mile and it went again just before Christmas 2019 at ~15500 miles so similar age and mileage.

And if you plan on replacing any parts, you'll want to add new refrigerant oil:

Unless it's the compressor itself, which should take a larger amount of oil:
