Hello,

I was trying to figure out what exactly this throwout bearing adapter is on the EA transmision. I know the they needed to space out the throwout bearing due to the transmision spacer but I am unable to find any pictures or dimensions on it. Does someone have any information or pictures regarding this? How does it stay connected tot he factory throw out bearing? It is number 33 on this diagram part number A132F0014F

It is just a round spacer the thickness of the adapter plate. It slides into the TOB and is captured by it once assembled. It has a small guide diameter to keep it centered in the throw out bearing - it doesn't press fit into it but it is a tight slip-fit.

Thanks, I saw those articles when I was hunting for a look at this adapter.

In full disclosure it is not for an Evora but rather bolted to a different Toyota engine. When I went to throw it on the clutch disengagement point was so far away it was like a hotdog down a hallway.

I bought the adapter, I will see how it looks when it comes in and if it will work with my 3sgte throw out bearing.
