NA IPS 2013 has a vibrating/buzzing noise on start up that lasts for about 30-45 seconds and then goes away, or can be rectified immediately by hitting the sport button. I'm guessing it's probably the exhaust valve flapping about? I remember seeing a thread about this a few days ago when I wasn't noticing it, but now I can't find that thread anywhere. Search for "evora exhaust buzzing" returned all threads on this forum :/ can someone point me to the right discussion or solution. I don't mind hitting the sport button every time I start up, but prefer to not be buzzing in the first place. Much thanks!

I thought mine was the valve, turned out to be an internal muffler baffle. Dealer replaced under warranty no resistance.

Julian, do you remember how long it took them to replace? Any parts they need to special order? While driving in the parking structure today, with both windows down, in 1st and 2nd gear, I can hear the buzz when the rpms hit around 1500 and 2000.

Old topic resurrection. On mine, definitely the valve because if you put it in sport mode and manually close the vaslve, you get the buzz. Mod #1 Cut the hose and cap off. At least it isn't as huge as the exhaust they used on the 2010 NA car or my 2011 S.
BTW if anyone wants that exhaust, call nme and you can pick it up pretty darn cheap. same with stock airbox.

Because it sounds like a weenie in normal mode. Even my wife (its HER car) said remove the hose I like it to sound like a sports car.
