They ought to be refinished/sanded and re-painted unless you don't mind their
present condition. A re-paint alone may be enough. Also, they are an excellent candidate for a wrap which would mean repainting would not be necessary I suspect.
Hardware not included. I don't know how they came to be in their present condition. Will fit any year Exige and maybe an Elise, but I'm not sure about the later.
