Window is out. I never want to do this again in my adult life!
Wear gloves and safety glasses (no brainer). Have a knife with about 10 extra blades and a heat gun. Remove bulkhead trim and trim that's riveted in engine compartment. Tape the glass from inside, then push it out leaving only the glass glued around the edge. Tape the edge from the engine compartment, this will prevent some crumbling. I threw a blanket over the engine too.
Now comes the fun part, with a knife start cutting around the edge working from inside or out, change your blade quite often and if you have a hard spot heat it up and it make it a bit easier. All in all it took me about 3 hours and now I have glass everywhere.
