Lotus Exige V6 Cup R and Lotus Exige S in Class C (GT4) in:

Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 hour Endurance Race – Mount Panorama, Bathurst, Australia.

12 gruelling hours of high speed racing which will see the front runners doing up to 270 laps - about 1600kms (1000 miles).
Hosting GT cars since 2011, the event is attracting increasing International interest - of 50 entries for the 2014 event, 19 are Internationals. This event is now established as one of a series of International endurance races.

About the circuit:
The Mount Panorama, Bathurst circuit length is 6.213 km (almost 4 mi), with a 174 metre (570 foot) vertical difference between its highest and lowest points, and some steep grades. It includes an uphill mountain straight, narrow section across the top of the mountain and the long, high speed downhill section of Conrod Straight, into the very fast Chase. The big cars will be doing up 300kph (180mph) on Conrod straight.

The GT3-outright (Class A) field for the 12-Hour includes the event’s reigning champion Erebus Motorsport with its 2 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMGs and 2012 winner Phoenix Racing with its Audi R8 LMS Ultra.

Also on the entry list are Spa 24-Hour champion HTP Motorsport with its SLS AMG, and many current specification GT cars from Ferrari, Lamborghini and Chevrolet. The Nissan Motorsport GTR Nismo GT3 will have its Australian debut in Class A.

Class B (GT3) will include the first appearance outside the Carrera Cup of the MY11-specification Porsche 997 GT3 Cup Car entered by several strong teams.

Class C (GT4) will be the first appearance for the supercharged V6 Lotus Exige Cup R, in addition to the return of the TVS Exige S.
