I have one of the ExtendView Mirrors that RLS sold in the Group Buy. It's been sitting around as I shattered the other one installing it. =/ Anyways, it's brand new and comes with the adhesive pads. I believe this is for the Passenger side. Also, these are the Anti-glare blue version. Looking for $60 shipped - SOLD!

I also believe they sell repair "singles" as quoted on the group buy that I bought it from.
