A german court convicted a banker today of accepting bribes from Bernie Ecclestone in a 2006 sale of an F1 ownership interest. According to the article Bernie was paid fees of $65m on the sale. Just another sleazy episode involving Bernie and F1. Its too bad that F1 keeps getting bad publicity especially during such a great racing season as 2012 is turning out to be.
