Good Morning,
I ran a set of Falken RT660 205/50ZR15 and 215/45ZR16 (Ethos 15x7 and 16x8 rims) yesterday on Thunderbolt at NJMP. The dry performance was great as expected. I am not expert, but felt similar to the RE-71R's I had ran before. I had purchased the smaller sized tires for acceleration for AX, but wanted to give them a go on the track.
The main feedback I wanted to provide was in the wet. By the time we were on the track the rain stopped, but there was standing water. I found grip everywhere, including the typical race line even in turn 10. We never got up to speed as our session was cut short as a Mustang lost if off of 12 into the main straight (4 air bags deployed) and the BMW in front of us has to pull off due to lost control everywhere. In terms of the tires, you could just tell they were at least decent in the rain.
Also of note, someone showed up with a Ferrari SF90 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferrari_SF90_Stradale) which is 986 hp and ran beginner in my heat. They ran right behind me. I am sure it was a function of the driver, but there were sections when I would pull away a bit. It was a non-passing event, so I am sure that had a lot to do with him finishing where he started
