My '07 Exige wants to turn left faster than right. The number of clicks of the blinker are about twice as fast. Is this a replacement of a part? (and if so, what part?) or can I adjust something or replace a fuse or bulb?
...the rate at which electro-mechanical turn signals and hazard lights click is directly proportional to the resistance on each respective circuit - if you're blinking quickly, it's either a bad bulb, incorrectly specified bulb, or wiring fault...
...alternatively, the actual blinker mechanism could be faulty...
There is only one flasher unit, therefore that is not the problem because the other side flashes normally. As stated before either a bulb on the same side is out, remember to check the side repeater lamp also, or a resistance fault
This is a known service issue, it probably is not a burned out bulb but certainly that is easy to check. Mine worked fine for a while and then got the fast blink on the left. I brought my '06 in and it was corrected under warranty.
Here's the larger version of my Avatar. I just took the "Micro" car idea a step further. Hope you like it!
