2006 FF275 Turbo Exige $42,500

2006 Lotus Exige

A buddy of mine just purchased a 05 Viper, and I think it bit me. If I can sell this for my asking price, I think I am going to go for an 08 coupe or an ACR(If I can bring myself to spend the $.) The power it produces is just unbelievable.... I have been debating building up the motor on mine to match his performance, but at that point I am just throwing money into a car that I am never going to get back.
Mods Include:
Forcedfed FF275 Stage 3 package
EFI ECU w/ DBW Module (dual maps)
Upgraded HKS SSQ BOV
ACT Heavy Duty Clutch
Accusump w/ remote opening
Moroso Oil Pan
Oil Pressure/Oil Temp Gauge Cluster
Boost Gauge
AEM Wideband
Mounted Halon Fire Extinguisher
Matte CF Door sills, center console and AC surround

Car has track package, touring package, starshield, and LSD.

I have a set of Kodiak wheels that should be shipping this week, although I don't think they will go with the sale(unless the seller wants to purchase them)

14k miles

I would need to get $42,500 for the car to sell it.

I'm in Houston, TX

Nice car!
I am really looking to get an 08+ Viper to one up my business partner :shift:

On a side not, he let me drive the Viper around today and I just think the car fits me better. I'm 6'4", and while the seating position is kinda high on the viper I fit a little better in every other aspect(they make lower seat rails as well from what he told me.)
I'm fairly sure this car won't remain a feeler much longer... If I can find a good deal on a 08 Coupe I will be going for it.

Won't do a trade.... The dealers would never give me what I want, and if I'm going to take a big hit I would rather keep the car

I have been looking around, found an ACR for $85k with 3k miles.. I have found several 08's will <10k miles in the $60k price range.

The stock ECU is still in place, and I have the injectors in a box that Mark sent me with the car. From my understanding you need to force the wastegate actuator open so that it doesn't build boost, put in the stock injectors/O2 Sensor(which I have as well) and it should pass.

An 09 ACR? I want one.... I'd get rid of the S240 for one... it bites me also... Damn acceleration....

It will be up for sale until I can get what I'm asking. I'm not in a hurry to sell the car, as I'm really on the edge of what to do. I spent some time driving the exige this evening, and it is really a toss up as to which I like better. The exige is more fun on the backroads that Houston lacks... The viper is much easier/funner to drive on a daily basis... Oh, and did I mention the torque?
One thing I would dearly miss are all the sounds that the turbo kit makes... As many people have told me, it feels/sounds like we are about to take off in some sort of a jet. The sound never gets old!
The ACR was an 08... I called today and it had been sold :(
