It's the Gut fender from s111.

They are functional, weight a bit less, and delete the hideous mud flap.
They cover the wheels better than the mud flap too.

Do they flare out wider than stock and actually stop rocks from pounding the rear quarter panel?

They do flare out wider than stock, but not enough to cover the whole tire.

I was thinking of fabbing up the stock mudflaps to these new fenders for winter driving only.
