I have a 2006 Elise. It has Toyo R888's, VF2 SC and is decatted with a 2bular header. Sector111 steering arms. Plus a splitter and aftermarket diffuser. Ohlins 2 way shocks. Stock seat belts

Also,the helment has to be a SA2010 correct?

Thanks in advace. I found the rule book confusing, hence Im asking

SA2010 is way more than good enough for SCCA Solo:
==============
2012 SCCA® National Solo® Rules
4.3.1 Helmets
Helmets meeting the following standards must be worn while on course:
All helmets meeting the latest or two immediately preceding Snell
Foundation standards (SA2010, SAH2010, SA2005, SA2000, M2010,
M2005, M2000, K2010, K2005, K98), SFI standards 31.1, 41.1, 31.1A,
31.2A, 41.1A, 41.2A or British spec BS6658-85 type A/FR are acceptable.
Formula Junior drivers must use helmets meeting the above, SFI 24.1
(Youth Helmets), Snell CMR2007 (Children’s Motorsports Restricted),
or Snell CMS2007 (Children’s Motorsports Standard) specifications.
For maximum protection, helmets must fit securely and should provide
adequate peripheral vision. The chin strap must be securely fastened.
Loaner helmets should be available to vehicle occupants not having
their own.
===============
That said, our local Council requres 2005 or newer. We have clubs who use NCCC or PCA insurance, which has higher standards than SCCA.

You are quite right that the rule book is confusing. SCCA has a bad habit of adding stuff instead of replacing stuff. Stuff that has the force of rule may be in a "clarification" 200 pages away from the clarified rule.

I'd suggest a SeatSnug on that stock seat belt.

As mentioned elsewhere on this forum, I'd suggest you register as SMM.

You will have to run XP. You could run SSM if you car met the minimum weight (some where around 2100lbs).
