Fixing F1 for Almost No Cost

We keep seeing F1 cars coming up on cars a bit ahead of them and the leading car crashing into those and/or running them off the track.

You need to know that those cars are in the “blind spots” of the leading drivers, who cannot turn their head easily or enough due to safety concerns.

We don’t want to see crashes or cars retired. So, why is there no “blind spot warning” on F1 (and other) cars, when one can get those in Civic?

F1 cars are known to be a tad expensive. Why risk a crash or DNF?

Large colored lights are all we need, not screens, so no valuable cockpit space need be wasted.

In lieu of this solution, we need really, REALLY, REALLY loud horns in F1.

A good race car driver would know were and how close a car behind them is and if it would be in a position to overtake! The accidents happen with the lead car moves over to late to make the block, there were a couple of incidents in the Spanish GP were they came real close
and I believe someone was penalized for one of the moves
