Looks to me like Bernie is admitting defeat and is pitching for the commercial rights of the new Formula.
I don't think that Bernie and Max should be hung together for what is essentially Max's crime.
If they get Bernie and FOM on board for the new series then their legal fight will only be with FIA.
I like Bernie - greedy but likeable. A humbled and chastened Bernie would be a great asset to the new sport.
Max the vengeful dictator is the main problem and he definitely needs to be removed from the sport.
I vote for cigar shaped cars with no wings and unrestricted technology therein, - new developments for every race and before long we would have technology that even Aliens would travel billions of miles to steal!

Next year should be an interesting one. Too bad all these politics kind of diminishes Brawn GP's achievement this year.
