Never saw a nerf bar on a Lotus........

The ebay ad says the car hit the tire wall at Watkins Glen. Is the title marked salvage or rebuilt?

Autocheck has it listed as Salvaged Title.

How is he able to show a clear title on the ebay page then? Ha ha paint is 55k miles old and listed as an upgrade....
eBay says:

Title Check:
MAJOR_ISSUE

And the report indicates the car was issued a salvage, total loss, then a rebuilt title just as the buyer claims.

I wouldn't buy this car without more information and pictures about the accident it was in, but I don't see anything fishy going on...

Hmm... I generally won't try to say anything too negative on a for sale ad unless it is warranted... but this is seeming fishy. There's no way he already sold that car for that price.

Even Seriously Lotus doesn't claim an, "incredible improvement in handling," from their bushing kit. In fact the bushing they offer appear to be substantially OEM except for the two front upper A-arm rear bushings, which are marginally harder.

An "incredible improvement in handling" is hopping out of a delivery van into a Lotus. A very slight increase in hardness of two upper A-arm bushings isn't going to do it. They MIGHT be very slightly noticeable by a very experienced Lotus track driver.
