How is he able to show a clear title on the ebay page then? Ha ha paint is 55k miles old and listed as an upgrade....

eBay says:

MAJOR_ISSUE

And the report indicates the car was issued a salvage, total loss, then a rebuilt title just as the buyer claims.

I wouldn't buy this car without more information and pictures about the accident it was in, but I don't see anything fishy going on...
