Come on people, the guy is obviously busy. And honestly, he's doing us all a service by taking the time to tear these cars down and ship out the parts at huge discounts. He tracks these cars he not in the business of selling used parts. Ask your self this: Is the wait worth getting parts at 25 - 35% of dealer cost? If the answer is no, then order the parts from Lotus Garage.

Just like cobrabyte says, bear gets to the PMs and posts when he has a chance. In my experience he only answers PMs when he has an idea of when he's getting another parts car and/or letting you know what he has. I've bought a large number of parts from him and he's always honest about condition and gets them out a quickly as possible.
