It's summertime...the sun is shining, nights are warm, and the Garage Woolery Summer Tech Day is here! Come out to the season's "MUST DO" event, the Garage Woolery Summer Tech Day! ALL sports car marques are welcomed, so if you know anyone with a sports car, invite them to come along and enjoy the day.

This is a special tech day, as Garage Woolery has had many new upgrades, including a new two-post lift for people to use! We'll also have special guests doing some taping of this event for an upcoming broadcast show segment, so there may be opportunity to show off your car (or find yourself interviewed) for the show!

This is an all day, "come and go as you please" event. It is also a potluck, so BYOB and bring some food/snacks/tools/advice/help if you can. Come out to turn a wrench or just hang out and socialize.

If you have a large maintenance project in mind for the tech day (ie, suspension swap, big brake conversion, timing belt change) please notify me ASAP so I can reserve you a spot appropriate for the job you plan to do. First come, first served.

Vendors are also very welcome to come out to the tech day, so if you have anything you'd like to sell, or you're a vendor, or you know of a vendor who'd like to come, feel free to invite them or refer them to me so I can help them get set up on site.

These seasonal tech days are very well attended. If you've never come out to one before, nows the time to come out to see what you've been missing! See you there!

Hey David, you probably dont remember me but you let me sit in your Atom at Supercar Sunday a couple months back :D

I just got an 08 Exige and would like to change the fluids out. Ive done several oil changes on my Mustangs but it would definitely be nice to have someone making sure I dont mess anything up on the the Exige.

Sure, no problem :)
Oil changes are easy...are you planning on changing anything besides the oil?

Wow! This is really cool. Will plan on dropping by just to hang out. I might change the brake fluid on the evora if time permits.

In any case, years back, a group of us shadetree mechanics organized regular tech sessions (non lotus). We brought beer and food. Several times we ended up chilling, got drowsy and never got any work done. :D Then we made a pact to lock away the beer first before to working on our cars. lol!

Had a great time, oil change was way easier than I thought it'd be on a lotus. Thanks again for having me over woolery :) next time I'll plan to stay later

I got the K&N HP 2009 I believe it is. Larger than the stock filter and easier to get on and off, the bottom has a wrench off "nut" on it.

ok, cool.

I've been kind of exploring other options (Bosche, Purolator, etc)
