Vin is 30028, Clyde says the US cars started at around #8 so this is somewhere around the 20th car built.

Congrats, gotta say I'm soooo jealous, but I'd have to wait anyway, as I've got #42.

I'd second the other poster that I'd like more movies if possible.

Things I'd like to see:

1. Pornstar exhaust sound.
2. Driving around a parking lot, so we can see various heights of other cars, plus other driver reactions when they see you in the lot.
3. Movie showing somebody doing grocery shopping in an Elise. Ask for help out so somebody can hold the camera, then pack of the Liz whereever you need to

I think I would have had to call in for a day off. Likely as not your loyality to work is the same stuff that allowed you to move to the front of the pack and get your car first. I have not been on the board as long as others so I will not pretend to know how well desirved this is but will just take the word of those that have been around longer. Hope you have many happy miles. I too look forward to seeing the large format pics.

Also hope I can read the rest of the thread before the server locks up again.

Hi Chris. It was an honor to meet you at the LA Auto Show last January. If I'd known that you were going to become a celebrity, I would have asked for your autograph.

I'm really happy for you and for all of us, since we are that much closer to realizing our dream of ownership.

Have fun driving and keep those reports coming. At least leave work early today and have some fun.

Can you get in and out of driveways without coming to a near complete stop? Or should we just expect to scrape the low points on the front end? Curious about how the car handles speed bumps and humps (I've got 7 of the more benign speed humps to traverse to and from our house in our development).

Looks like they forgot to give you a top?
