Hi all,

While LOD has their share of challenges in the management and operational areas, I have to give credit where credit is due!

I needed to bring my car in for a scheduled sevice and was planning on bringing it in during the week, but my schedule changed suddenly and I needed to drop it off Saturday night. The problem was I didn't have a way to get back home from Durham to Greensboro (~70 miles one way) on such short notice. I called Spencer at 7 PM that evening asking if there was any way to do this and he volunteered to drive me home at 8 PM!! :clap: We did get the evil-eye from one of the managers as we left the dealership, but I guess that part is still "business as usual".

Yes, Spencer is a true friend to the Lotus community.
I have also had very good help from a fellow at LOD named Michael who really helped me get my Trim Shop items and other service information. Since I live about 3 hours away, he sent someone up here in a Ford pickup with my seats and other stuff for gas money.
I need to get down there soon and see the 2-eleven before it goes.
