Hello all !
Just a few words to present myself. My name's Piotr, I was born in Poland, and now I live in south of France (nice region by the way :) )
After 1 year on nissan sunny and 3 years on two different mazda miata, I bought a Lotus Elise 111S, S1 version.
Wonderful car, greats sensations !
I am preparing the car for tracks days and love the way the car is designed (I am in engineer's school...)
By the way, I have an other passion, the leather !
I've my small enterprise, and I realise automotive interiors and other small parts for vehicules (specialy for mazda and lotus, of course !)

Here are some photos of the car :

Some Alcantara upgrades :

here is a link to my website :

See you !
Best regards,
Piotr

(sorry for my english, i know I am making a lot of mistakes :( )

Bienvenue au club! Ou au sud de la France? Je suis aux USA mais j'ai vecu au sud de la France pendant plusieurs annees (Nice et Cannes).

Bonjour! Your website is cool. Driving a Lotus in the south of France must be fun.
Welcome. Nice car and nice work. I've always liked the S1.

Du côté de Nîmes !
(Near Nîmes town)

Otherwise yes, the roads in the region are very nice. The only problem is the constant growing of automatic "radars" :wallbang: .
Each time you want to drive hard, you have a though at you drivers licence...
Is it the same in US ?
Czesc Piotr! Ja jestem z Lodzi!

Your products look great! If you ever decide to make products for the U.S. version of the Elise, I'm sure they will sell well here!
Nime! Very nice...Love that area especially Arles. Some great roads to drive too....Although the radars!!!

It is getting that way. Mostly the police seem to concentrate on enforcing the speed laws rather than going after real criminals.
Welcome Piotr! The next time I'm in the neighborhood, I'll drop you a note and we can meet up. I have an apt overlooking the south of Place Massena.
Indeed, the house is big and there is a place for more than a Lotus in the box (or other car !) So if someone comes in the region, for hollydays or something else, send a message for a meeting, and a south france road's discovery ! :shift::coolnana:
Bienvenue !

Nice car :)

We were fortunate to spend a few days in a beautiful Mas run by friendly innkeepers, near Uzes, about 6 years ago. Good times !

Must return, it's a beautiful area !

Czesc ! Urodzilem sie w Jeleniej Gorze :)
Thanks for the compliments :)
I will be happy to make products for the US market, but the main problem is the actual change (I rather buy items from US due to good prices) and the second problem is the postage costs, which are very high from France (by the way, what is cheap in France ?? )

Do you have special versions of Lotus in US ?
Welcome to the mad house,

Great car very clean i see and well kept, Nice to see a Lotus being properly looked after :)

Here in the US, the Series 2 version (Elise and Exige) with the Toyota engine and transmission (from 2005 to the present) is the only street-legal version. The Series 1 with the Rover engine is not allowed for street use.

Really :crazyeyes
So there is no S1 series running in the US ?!? Probably because of high emissions, isn't it ?
...fantastic car!..

...sadly, no, S1 models won't be legal for street use in the united states until 2021 - the only ones to be found stateside are either grey market imports or dedicated track cars...love seeing your handiwork, though, and welcome aboard!..
nice car! I will be flying to Paris this Sunday as my daughter will be studying abroad there for a year....can you pick me up at the airport???-poke-rotfl
