Maybe this explains the HT found on the SoCal freeway a couple months ago...strange things seem to happen in SoCal...

i have it on mine too. there are 2 cracks on the hardtop where the front two bolts are. i thought i was the only one

yeah i think ill mention it to my dealer to perhaps get a replacement. didnt someones hardtop fly off on the highway on this forum?
