i don't like that huge "LOTUS" thing in the back. It takes away from the beauty of the rear end design. I mean, whenever I see the back of the Esthi, my eyes immediately focus on that monstrocity. Even if I want to focus on the entire rear design, I can't. Why the hell did they make the logo so damn large?

They cut out the large letters to get additional cooling from the engine bay.

These are not 'stick on' leters, but holes cut in the back...

Bye, Arno.

Suit, nice try!!! :D

Think you'll find some of the most intense elise fanatics on this board and hard to put something over on them.

Cheers!

Isn't it called the "Esthi"? Nice numbers it gets as I recall, but I could think of a lot of better ways to spend $250k.

Don't think it's quite that expensive, about half of what you mention. Either way your right.

Arno, how did they get the centre part of the "O" to stay in place then ?

Giles.

I believe the cut out actually had a black wire mesh screen behind the letter openings.

The double front air intakes are horrible (to my eyes). Makes it look like some tuner car where they add all sorts of useless intakes and vents. I realize they likely have a purpose on this car, but still fugly.
