When my car is parked with the battery tender on, the headlights LEDs are working fine. When I start the car (without tender) some LEDs are blinking or are out. After driving, some of the LEDs are still out but not the same as when I started. Put the car on the battery tender and after half an hour all is working fine. I replaced the battery for a new one but still the same problem. What could this be? (2011 Evora S manuel)

Probably a sign that some of the individual LEDs are dying on the DRL disc. I believe one of UK dealers (Silverstone) managed to replicate those LED PCBs and can replace them for a modest cost. Lotus doesn't sell them as separate parts, so they expect you to replace the entire headlight assembly when they go out, which is about $1700/ea.

Here's the link to their parts: Evora sidelight LED disc
