Hi, everyone

After many years of wishing for a Lotus Elise I at last have bought one second hand. I gave up simply wishing as it didn't seem to be working.

Anyway, my car seems to have come with a built in swimming pool in the boot. There is obviously a leak somewhere although I do not know whether it is coming from the car itself or from the sky in the form of rain. Has anyone else come across this problem and if so how can I rectify it.

I should probably add that "swimming pool" is a bit of an exageration but the boot is certainly quite wet.

Thanks very much.

Thanks very much. Sorry to have asked a question that has already been asked. This is my first ever visit so I'm not quite up to speed yet.

Lots of info in the links provided but if you avoid parking or washing the car uphill the trunk does not get very wet. I wash my car facing downhill now and the water drains pretty well.
