You guys aren't familiar with this ritual? It's well-known Tunuist form of paying homage to superior automobiles. Notice the guy on the right is bowing down on his knees. This is derived from Buddhism. The guy on the left is in an even lower stance, lying prone on the ground so that his entire self is beneath the level of the Elise. This is the ultimate display of unworthiness.
I have finally gotten used to seeing people bowing to the Liz. Now something feels missing when I drive my other cars
