Hi. Car is always with the lights on. Don’t know if are day lights or low beam. Previous owner went to the dealer and during the inspection they found a broken fuse. They replaced and the high beam works but broke the check schematics and wiring and found the “fuse control the (ICM) that is a module that controls the high beam in the headlights with internal circuit fail in the front (LH) head lamp”. :frown2:

Help here, is a fuse/relay think of some control inside the headlight. The ICM is the black box right?

Thank.

The ICM is the black box in the passenger foot well area, near the fuse panel.

I would check fuse C2, which should be a 5A. If that's fine, check C19, which should be a 15A.

The headlamps themselves don't have any fuses or relays inside of them. They do have a ballast, and the solenoids though. If the fuses are fine, then check pin D13 on the ICM when the high beams are turned on and see if +12V is present, and if not, then there's an issue with the ICM or your LH column switch/stalk.

Behind the passenger foot panel (the vertical carpeted piece in your picture). There are 4 quarter-turn fasteners; 2 in the upper corners, and 2 in the middle "hump" of the panel near the edges.

Where is the Fuse box? On the white area or below the other carpet?
It’s below the other carpet, closer to the nose of the car. I believe it’s held on by four quarter turn fasteners.
