You need to provide more info. Are both headlights flashing in sequence?

High beams randomly flashing & dash random too
After shutting down the car today the headlight high beams started to randomly flash, even with the key removed. The dash speedo & tach were going back and forward to 60 mph / 4000 rpm as well. I could hear a relay clicking for the headlights.
Is this a known failure mode of the switch pack module? I'll try resetting everything but if it is the switch pack module I'd rather replace it before it strands me somewhere by draining the battery.

Both high beams flash together at a rate which varies from about 0.5 to 2 Hz.
Is it the high or low beams?

Could be a fault in the dip switch or SPM.High beams only.
