V710 is the fastest i.e. if you're doing just a qualifying lap but if you want to do a 20 min session I would go with the R6. The BFG R1 should last the longest out of the 3 and the V710 should die the fastest since it's an auto-x compound.
I'm currently running r1s on my miata- they're long lasting and predictable, but certainly not as sticky as the kumhos or hoosiers. But if this is your first set of r-comps and are mostly for PDX/HPDE, I think they'd be a very good choice.
Be advised, they are very stiff and will need less pressure than most other R-comps.
If you are new to R comps, the A6 is the best choice. They don't have to heat up very much and heat cycle out slower than the R6. They are more predictable than the R1 or 710. If you want to run your ABS avoid the 710's.
