Alright, for a bit now I've noticed a distinct pop/clunk when rolling off in 1st, or rolling on/off the throttle aggressively. I'm thinking it's one of two things:

1: Loose motor mount, I have Manleys, which may be more prone to vibration induced loosening. I tried pushing the motor around physically in gear, and couldn't notice anything.

2: I have a S111 RTV brace with the inner heim joints. I know they have at least 5k street miles and a track day on them. Could these be popping around if sloppy?

Jack up the car and grab the wheels from the sides and move them around to see if there is any play.

Also, it may be your lower control arm bushings. They tend to slip and allow the arm to make contact with the subframe. It will be obvious if the bushings are not centered in the arms.

Rod bearings start out with a tight press fit between the ball and the outer race, and will free up with use, rotationally, which is OK. If you can detect any play side to side, (I think it's axially) at all it's time to replace them. You have to unfasten them to check, unless they are really toast, and so sloppy the wheel or part they link can be moved by hand, as the previous post notes.
