It needs to be cleared/read by the Lotus Tech Center software,I don't believe you can reset it on your own. The system is detecting some type of electrical fault so you'll want to figure out whats tripping it. The spanner light will come on after starting the car then go off after a short while. Last time mine did this was when my AC went out throwing a code and an issue with the AC clutch. Not saying that is your issue just an example of a fault.
From the manual:
Electrical Fault Tell Tale
The Engine Control Module (ECM) on the Evora is also used
to manage various related electrical systems, and is able to detect certain types of fault, which may or may not be apparent to
the driver. If such a fault is detected, which has no detrimental
effect on exhaust emissions (see MIL below), this amber tell
tale will light for the first 30 seconds after turning on the ignition.
Consult your dealer without delay to have the fault diagnosed
A bulb check will light the lamp for about 3 seconds following
ignition switch on.
