There's been some discussion lately (with an LT member purchase) on the range of McLaren's coming out of the U.K., so I thought I'd post this video that I came across. I haven't seen it posted on LT.
It really seems to be the big brother of Lotus.

Watch around 18:50 - it looks like the "monocell" upper body panels are glued to the chassis! Wouldn't want to see the collision repair bill for one of those...

There are a lot of similarities to the Lotus.

Really cool to see how much is hand made, even the engine components!
