[2001 Esprit]

How do you remove the front lower spat? This is the item that goes from wheel arch extension down to the bottom of the car (next to the door). I see one bolt that is about where the body seam is and I would have to take the door of to get to it. However, I do not see any other fasteners.
Is it just the one bolt holding it on? Is there any other way to get it off besides taking off the door?
