The workmanship looks good, but the silver mesh, black roof, red stripes, red writing on the wheels make for a fairly busy visual statement.

Yeah, I've strongly considered blacking out the mesh, but somehow the car has a different appearance in person. Everyone at work loves it and is telling me to not black it out. I'll keep thinking about it.It'll look great after it's painted !! ( you asked for opinions ! )
Black it out and you're good. I find the 2 silvers compete with each other and the red stripes lose some impact.

Where did you source the mesh? Did you make it yourself or buy a kit? I agree, mesh looks way, way better. I'd probably black it out as well though.
Another vote for blacking out the mesh...
