All started with idle at 3000 rpm.Shut car off and would not start again.
Found blown ecm fuse .I viewed the data and both intake air temp
and coolant temp are 245f.checked all conn's and they seem fine.
I think ecm might be bad.Anybody see this before.

Blown ECM fuse? Does not happen all the time. Has to be something drastic that the ecm wire being loaded or shorted.

Did you do anything lately? Did you do some wiring?
You might find someone to lend you an ECU to try, but its a risk for the lender until he knows if it safe to plug it or not.
I been there and I can't find someone in the USA to fix my ECU. Lotus wants exchange not fix....but I fixed it anyway.

No wiring done nothing at all.I keep a battery tender on it
maybe there was spike from that .I just don't know.
Jeff at JAE says lotus gets 1800 for the ecm.I ordered
new coolant and iat sensors but don"t think that is
going to fix it.what to do

Are you going to buy a new ECU?
PM me, we might have other solution.

Rare for an ECU to "blow", that's what the fuse if for, to protect everything. My guess would be for a problem in the wiring harness. It is also rare for the IAT sensor to just go bad. Not impossible, just not common. Throwing another ECU at the problem is expensive and there is always the possibility of damaging it too if there is a wiring problem. You need to buzz out the wires going to the IAT and the Coolant temp sensors before proceeding. You said you "viewed the data"? What error codes are you seeing? Having two unrelated sensors not reading correctly is unusual, the only thing they have in common is the ECU and the wiring.

...not good at all, i hope you can revive it. Use a clean swab & hair dryer.
when i opened my ECU I put a little bead of silicone - never thought water can get there.
at least i'm covered.

Good catch. If you are really lucky you can remove any deposits and did no permanent damage. I would suggest using a small, stiff brush and alcohol drying it all up with a heat gun. If this doesn't work there are repair stations that can repair or exchange your ECU but they may not be able to reflash it. You would have to inquire as to just what they could do for you. Your other choice would be with Lotus USA. Clean it up and stick it back into the car, you can't make it much worse now.
