Easter please come quick

I sick of seeing the cold you're dealing with back East and can't wait for April to roll around so I can leave Kuwait and drive my toy. :)

I just mentally countdown to Spring. I do have a desktop countdown to retirement (still 8 years out) on my laptop for work. It keeps things in perspective and helps my tolerance of fools at work.

I'm with you. This cold sucks! My driveway is frozen solid. Ice is 10 inches thick out by the road. It might thaw by March 20.

I wish it would get colder here in South Florida.

It is still in the upper 70's to 80's each day and is hot and humid. But I am not complaining. I used to live in NJ and used be happy if the temperature stayed above 40 degrees for 3 days in a row. It pours like crazy here, but at least you dont have to shovel rain.
I am counting down to spring too. By then all of the old people will have gone back up north and the roads wont be full of of cars going 15 miles an hour under the speed limit with their blinkers on. And there is always an hour wait to get a seat at a restaurant and I dont even go for the early bird specials.
Thought I would like it here in the winter, since I could ride my bike or go swimming or surfing, but it gets dark earlier, and in the summer when it gets dark later on, it is too hot to do anything since it is still 90 degrees at 11PM every night.

I can appreciate what you guys are feeling. I have another surgery on Thursday and was hoping to tear up the roads this week. Unfortunately our California drought ended early and it is too wet to drive. I have a month where I cant leave the house and it looks like it will be at least April before I can drive. I am going stir crazy already!

I hear you. I and through a summer of surgeries, my father going through chemo, surgeries once he got strong enough and other medical / work related things that left my car in the garage during the driving of the year. Only with the help of people on this forum was I able to keep my car and pay my bills and I have been paying it forward ever since I got back on my feet

Very extreme humble thanks to all of you

It is extra miserable out here in the midwest. Even though it is only Feb 10, Cedar Rapids is less than 3 inches of snow away from breaking the "most snow in 1 season" record ... which goes back over 100 years. Plus, I was super annoyed with the whole "winter vortex" BS back at the beginning of January. They failed to say anything about that damn vortex coming back like 5 more times. I woke up this morning to -15 degree weather and a wind chill taking it down to -30 or so.

FML.

I just want to drive my Exige :(

It's 9 degrees out, and I just had to change the oil for my DD in my unheated garage. I'm ready for springtime...

I try to schedule my oil changes in the Daily so I don’t have to deal with that in the cold. If I have a nice day before the change is due I’ll do it early, or I’ll postpone a few weeks if needed. I change oil in that car every 3k miles so I don’t mind being a few weeks or few hundred miles late.
