I was thinking about installing a 3.1" (from stock Exige S pulley 3.2"(?)) just to increase hp & torque on the first cam. Keeping peak power where it is on the 2nd cam, I figure it shouldn't be a problem getting another ~10whp/~10wtq on the 1st cam with a retune. I don't think I would be stressing the engine either since I'm only concerned from 3-5k RPM.
Being that the boost is higher even though peak power is the same, would this mean more heat is still created?
what ya'll think?
