Has anyone had issues with these?
I did read a thread at one point but cant find it.

  • Ive found that the rear bolthole is too small for the supplied bolt (and standard bolt). This was a real pain because I didnt catch it until the engine was in.
  • The RH faster is about 1 inch too long and needed a spacer
  • No mounting points on LH and RH for things like pump/airbox/ducting
  • No captive nuts on the rear mount so had to find some.
Did I do something wrong? I couldnt find instructions

Other than that though they fit fine.

I don't know what to say about them...

My experience with them was very messy. Their QC and attention to detail in filling orders and sending parts left a lot to be desired; I'll just say that.

I got ZERO hardware with my stuff, so I engineered my own solutions.

Doesn't look like you're doing anything incorrect.

Good to know thanks.

You would think that if they went to all the effort of designing and making these things that they would would sort the final details. Like making it actually fit.
I was lucky I had a smaller diameter bolt and some spacers lying around. Then had to make a bracket to hold the airbox!

Can you post a pic of how you adapted the recirc pump/air box bracket to be secured to the chassis? I have to tackle that soon.

I dont seem to have a photo sorry.
But what I did was folded some SS sheet metal into a U shape and sandwich it with the main mount bolt.

See attached high definition CAD drawing
