Here is 2 laps of Hethel with Dave Minter at the wheel in a base 120HP Rover powered Elise when I did the driver's training in 2001 with a friend of mine (he video'd the run):

(Beware.. Its 38 Mbyte..)

Notice the total lack of decelleration as he passes through the first chicane..

I hate to even bring this up because they said I'm not allowed to talk about it. All I can tell you is that I got to see a "possible" new color that they are trying out. It was beautiful. And that's all I can say. REALLY sorry about that.
Seafoam green, perhaps?

Hello Arno,

When I did my training in August they did not have the chicane between the Senna curves and the windsock corner. Why was that there? I was able to go flat out in the 111S 156HP from the hairpin to the chicane at the end of the main straight.

whew, the engine/intake/exhaust sounds better on these cars.
