You should do that same experiment with a water-to-air intercooler.

Related note: have you ever tried improving the internal aerodynamics of the Bell core? It's kinda brick-wall as-is.

Might want to throw a mass airflow measurement on there... pressure drop is only relevant if you know the flowrate...

You have a keen eye... it is more complicated than what is shown, just shaking down portions of the bench in the photo.
