Does the Euro Elise's (and hopefully the Fed version) have a internal power supply source (or jack) to power cell phone chargers, air compressors, or cigarette lighter?

I'm not a smoker and do like that they have a power source. However I must question the logic of equipping a car with a cigarette lighter but no ashtray?

It's where I keep my change.

At least on the S2 the power socket is there, but it only has a cap on it and no cigarette lighter in it.

Oh.. Lotus does like to play around a bit and it varies between build times if the power socket is a constant-live feed or a switched power connection.

Doesn't have to be a problem unless you also want to use th connection for a battery charger/conditioner and need a constant feed.

Bye, Arno.

A switched connection would be better for the radar detector types, so they we don't have to unplug it everytime we get out of the car.
