I got this image from S2Elise.co.uk

I was think the same thing. These images have a more greenish tone to them. But the ad does say Gun metal. Maybe it was a cloudy day in England?armitage said:Gunmetal really is a couple of shades lighter, like the first three pictures you posted.
Is this your site? I've had a request for getting pictures of my site to put on this one. The picture of the Titanium Storm (Storm Titanium) doesn't look good. It's way too blueish in the picture and should be more like the own I posted it earlier on the thread.jml1952 said:Here is a link where the cars are rendered in the proposed US colors in a better format than on the Lotus web site (I don't know what happened to Ardent Red though).

note: scroll down below the table at the top of the page.
You are all talking sh*t!armitage said:It's probably the camera or maybe it's the Mac software used to create the gallery although that looks unlikely. Could also be he retouched the photo's to match his monitor which might have been set too light.
That's the current problem with those digital photo's: everybody has different brightness settings and the like...
And of course they all look better in the flesh (although gun metal and british racing green actually disappointed me).
Welcome.girlracer said:You are all talking sh*t!First of all, the photos are mine, of my old car. The colour is very accurate. The photos of the lighter looking car in the pics further above are of a Storm Titanium. Gunmetal (aka Graphite Grey) is a lot DARKER than storm titanium. Oh and btw - always nice to presume the owner is a 'he'...
