Is it? The roughly 3 x 4 x 1 thing with blue on the connector end...

I think its in the engine bay

I may be WAY off, but it looks like someone replaced your HVAC resister pack, and relocated it. Again, could be way off.

They did. That is what mine looked like too. Except I didn't mount mine there.

OP, that looks to be the fan relay in your picture.
