I tried the Hans in my Elise a couple weeks ago. Big problem getting in and out of the car with it on - hangs up on the window header. Scared me to think how egress would work out in an emergency since the Hans is strapped to my helmet. One thing for sure - there was no way to get out of the Elise with the helmet on without opening the door or losing the hardtop. So the key to survival may be to remove the helmet before egress if the door is jambed shut and the top is still on. So HANS was returned because you can't get the helmet off in the Elise with the HANS restricting movement. Leitt doesn't look better in this regard either so I'm thinking more seriously about Isaac and a quick release chin strap. Anyone know where I can find the latter?

Chin strap? Are you having trouble getting out wearing just the helmet?

The only quick-release chin straps I'm aware of are found on motorcycle helmets, but I'm not a helmet guy.
