Just Track It is proud to announce our 1st three events of 2014!

We will be back at Talladega Gran Prix on the weekend of January 19th. We always look forward to hosting the 1st track event for the year and MLK Day week-end is always a great time to catch up with friends and turn some hot laps after the holidays. Ask Santa for some track gear and then try it out with us in January at TGPR! The cost is the same as always…$140 for a Sunday at TGPR! We’ll be taking our usual limit of 20 drivers per day so if you want to go, let us know ASAP. This event usually fills up quickly. Its a lot of track time for a small price. Come knock the rust off and get some seat time before Barber.

We are looking forward to our 1st event with you all at Barber Motorsports Park on 14th February. Barber is legendary with its manicured lawns, huge paddock, track side sculptures and the museum. This event is the day before the NASA weekend at the track and we have a special Racer Only run group open to racers and time trialers only. The other three run groups will be our standard format. Come out and drive with us and experience the same track run by Grand Am and Indy Car. The cost will be $225 for the day.

We are very excited to also bring another new track to our calendar for 2014. We will be at Roebling Road the week-end of March 22nd-23rd. If you have never driven Roebling Road before, it is a very fast and flowing track known to have the highest average speed of any track in the Southeast. If you like fast old school tracks, you’ll love Roebling. There will be four run groups with instructors available for our novices. This is a fantastic course and I am looking forward to driving it with all of you. We are planning a really fun week-end with a social event Saturday night at the track for everyone to join in. Stay tuned for additional information. The cost will be only $250 for the full week-end.

Registration is now open so sign up and come out and drive!

To register visit us at 2014 Track Events - Your ticket to on track excitement

We will be bringing you additional events so stay tuned for further announcements.

Stay Frosty.

Wow, low cost track days for sure. Barber Motorsport is a beautiful track. Roebling is right near Savannah, so your wives/girlfriends will have fun as well. ?
The NorthEast tracks are charging steep $ for event organizers, so we don't see track days in the $150 range?
Post pics of events please.

How many cars per session will you have at Barber?

I wish Barber was a 2 day event. I have been trying to get there with the car. Way to far for a 1 day event.
NASA southeast is there the next two days after this event (I'll be there racing in SpecE30) so you could actually make it a 3 day event. Heck I might even instruct if I had a Lotus student... FYI my Elise still holds the TTS lap record there.

That could make for a great 3 weekend. I have never run with NASA. What are there track days like. I see there are 4 HDPE groups, plus the races. Do you know how much track time to expect?

I love the Barber track, but won't be able to make it. I may make the Roebling event, sorting car but will sign up when that's done. Roebling is good fun as you can have some fun with slip angle a little more and is always a fun drive.

There is a regular HPDE component to any NASA weekend, plus short time trials and some racing mixed in. Overall I'd say that means for a HPDE student you get a little less tracktime than you would with a HPDE-only event run by Chin, etc., but it is also usually a little cheaper. Like 4 ~25 minute sessions per day for $399. However, I'm still running with NASA after ~10 years because it serves as a platform for beginning drivers to transition into competition events. I started with them as an intermendiate HPDE driver, then moved to time trials, and now I do mostly wheel to wheel racing. You earn your licenses as you progress and those are almost universally recognized at any event in the country.

Thanks for the info. I am trying to work out the details on getting off of work and going down there for the weekend.

Hey all - I have a few updates for our events.

TGPR has been sold out. We'll be back there late April/Eerly May so if you'd like to drive that track with us come back in the spring.

We have openings in the intermediate and novice groups for Barber. Our Barber date is 14th Feb and then NASA is there the 15th and 16th - you can drive with us and NASA for three days at this awesome facility. it will be a great time at a fantastic course.

Roebling Road in March has openings in all run groups. We have had such a quick response to our track dates we went ahead and also opened up 21st June at AMP.

If you have any questions about any of our events or if you need any additional information, let me know. You can also hit us up on our website, facebook or e-mail ( [email protected] )

I'd love to see a few of you Lotus pilots on course with us at our events. Hope to see you on track!

Quick update for everyone on our Roebling Road Event in March, 22nd-23rd.

We worked out a deal with a host hotel, The SpringHill Suites Savannah Airport. Call 912-330-5555 and ask for Peggy in sales. The Just Track It rate is $89/night for either a King Suite or 2 Queen Suite. Both have a sofa bed. Its a great deal, so go ahead and come on out to the track and have a great time with us.

We have the track starting Friday, March 21st at 5:00 pm so you can drop your car/trailer at the track and stay at the hotel or you can camp at the track the entire week-end. We'll register anyone who comes down on Friday so at Saturday morning you will be all set to go. For everyone who will be joining us on Saturday morning we will take care of you trackside!

Stay Frosty!
