I found this 2006 Elise Online i was wondering if anyone knows how much a repair would cost and if it would be worth it he wants $10900.00 for it do you think that's reasonable

This car has popped here a couple of times, including very recently.

General consensus seems to be the dent in the frame pretty much renders this into parts car status, as Lotus recommends (insists on?) complete frame replacement instead of repair for this type of damage. This would make repair costs for this astronomical unless you are able and willing to invest your own considerable sweat equity to do the job yourself. For a frame, body parts, etc., for parts alone plus cost of wreck you're looking at well over what you'd spend to get a well cared for, unmolested, low mileage used Elise.

That said, you could probably come pretty close to recouping the $11K if you were to part the car out. Probably wouldn't make any money, but might get most of your money back. But then, why would you do that?

He'd certianly know how to work on every last bit of the car when he bought a good one later on

Just walk away man... its not going to be worth it.
