Once again, the Lotus Enthusiast's Organization (LEO) and the Philadelphia Area Lotus Society (PALS) are holding their annual Go Kart Challenge. It's a GREAT chance to hob-nob with your fellow Lotus owners even if your car is safely out of the salt for the winter.

It happens on Sunday, February 8th, at 11:15 AM. The place is the indoor kart track, Lehigh Valley Grand Prix:

Lehigh Valley Grand Prix - Are You Ready?

You can see the facility from Z-Diculus' house. :crazyeyes

Send me an email at carbuff AT lotusowners.com if you want to come, so we can get a headcount.

We had a great time last year:

Anybody can run, you don't need to be a member of either club. This year, there have been some changes made to the track, plus the karts have new, more powerful motors. Lap times should be a half second lower....

Ah, I can't go, I have to ski/coach at my mountain. Have fun without me.
I will be able to make it this year.

I hope I can provide some competition edge to the PALS contingent.
Great! I'll be there
I'm in:shift:

If you guys can make it rain with a temp around 55 deg or so that day, I could come.
I live in Pittsburgh but am considering an adventure...I was on the website looking at rates etc. Is this a group special or do we have to pay per race?

i'll think about it.... only if you promise not to lap me more than once:D
as long as e.d. stays home we should all do well

YES. ;)

Our special is, we get 4 races for the price of three. Everyone pays the track when they arrive.

If you have never been there, the outing will cost you about $75. (four races plus the "license")

You can get more for your money by eating more at Z-Diculous' house afterward. rotfl

Macdaddy: It never rains at LVGP but the temp is always about 65.
Add one more to the grid.
Damn, I am so annoyed I cannot attend this. Unfortunately, I've got to head to Boston for work. :(
