I have been Autrocrossing my Elise this year, so far 6 events and 5 FDT and 6 class wins. I have just bought some Kuhmo V710 215 x45 16 front 245 x 40 17 rear. Has anybody used these on an Elise and what tire pressure would you suggest as a place to start?

I can't believe that no one on this forum knows the answer to my question.
I had 710's before I got my hoosiers at the end of this year. I was running them at something around 21.5/24. But be careful :) I've got one year of experience and no FTD's :)...

I did however run it around a skidpad setup at our local test-n-tun for several laps each direction and came up with consistent approximately linear temps across the tire using a borrowed pyrometer... mind you I ran a stockish sport suspension with no real alignment adjustments (will likely change this year :) ).

YMMV...

I think the reason you aren't getting many resonses here is because MOST are using Hoosiers. The 204/45-16 and 245/40-17 is the popular SS setup. Sounds like you are doing well....bring it to Nationals. ;)
